Staple disposable tablecloths to the walls of a garage for a clean look that hides personal items. 

Use tablecloth clips to secure the tablecloths when its windy.

Pour water on the table and then put your plastic table cloths on. The water will make the table cloths stick to the table to prevent them from blowing away. 

Assign one person to take photos of the event and of each guest as they arrive so you have your special memories preserved.
